Chair of the Unfair Competition Committee of INTA (1995 – 1998), member of the INTA’s Publishing Board until 2006; Publications: Co-author of “TMR International Review” of INTA, the “International Opposition Guide” of INTA and the “European Trademark Litigation Handbook”, London 1998; listed in “Guide to the World’s Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners” of Economy Legal Media Group 2000 and 2006; constantly listed in “European Legal 500”, London, and in “The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers”, London.
