University) and Paris; honorary member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright; honorary chairman of the Southwestern Section of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright; member of Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle; long-standing examiner of the Second State Exam for the State Law Examination Office of Baden-Württemberg; former lay judge at the attorney’s senate of the Federal German Supreme Court, member of the Arbitrative Board of the German Patent and Trademark Office for Trademark law following the Unification Treaty, former chairman of the Committee for International Private Law of the German Federal Bar, member of various supervisory boards of companies; Publications: Ullrich/Körner, “Der internationale Softwarevertrag”, Heidelberg 1996; Co-author of the “European Trade Marks Litigation Handbook”, 1998; numerous further publications and speeches in the field of intellectual property, particularly regarding patent law.
